Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 56.--CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION

65-5605. Violations; misdemeanor.Any treatment personnel or ancillary personnel willfullyviolating the patient's confidentiality as defined by this act shall beguilty of a class C misdemeanor.
