Article 56.--CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION

      65-5604.   Interpretation of act; rules of discovery not to take precedence over act.This act shall be interpreted to encourage treatment in aconfidential setting and the rules of discovery shall not take precedenceover the provisions of this act.
