Article 54.--OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

      65-5414.   Representation as occupational therapist oroccupational therapy assistant; prohibitions; misdemeanor.(a) It shall be unlawful forany person who is notlicensed under this act as an occupational therapistor an occupationaltherapy assistant or whose license has beensuspended or revoked to use,in connection with such person's name or place of business, the words"occupational therapist," "licensed occupationaltherapist," "occupationaltherapist licensed," "occupational therapy assistant,""licensedoccupational therapy assistant,"or the letters, "O.T.," " L.O.T.," "O.T.L.," "O.T.A."or " L.O.T.A." or any other words, letters, abbreviationsorinsignia indicating or implying that such person is an occupationaltherapist or an occupational therapy assistant or who in any way, orally,in writing, in print or by sign, directly or by implication, representsoneself as an occupational therapist or an occupational therapy assistant.

      (b)   Any violation of this section shall constitute a class C misdemeanor.
