Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 45.--CERTIFICATION OF OPERATORS OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES

      65-4511.   Certification of new employees required within one year.After the effective date of this act, all new employees who fall underthe provisions of this act shall have a period of one (1) year from thedate of employment to qualify for the certification program.
