      65-4504.   Reciprocal certification agreements.The secretary shall provide reciprocal certification agreements withother states, territories and countries, providing the requirements ofcertification by such other states, territories and countries do notconflict with the provisions of this act and are of a standard that is notlower than the standard required by the secretary.
