Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 40.--ALCOHOLISM AND INTOXICATION TREATMENT

      65-4017.   Time for compliance with rules, regulations and standards.Any treatment facility which is in operation at the time of adoption of rulesand regulations or minimumstandardsunder this act shall be given a reasonable time, under the particularcircumstances not to exceed two years from the date of such adoption to complywith such rules andregulations and minimum standards.
