Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 40.--ALCOHOLISM AND INTOXICATION TREATMENT

      65-4012.   Licensure of treatment facilities.(a) No person or governmental unit actingseverally or jointly with any other person or governmental unit shallestablish or operate a publicor private treatment facility inthis state without a license under this law.

      (b)   Violation of this section is a class C misdemeanor.
