Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 40.--ALCOHOLISM AND INTOXICATION TREATMENT

      65-4001.   Purpose of act.It shall be the purpose of this act to provide for the development,establishment and enforcement of standards:

      (1)   For the care and treatment of individuals in public andprivate treatment facilities as defined herein;

      (2)   for the construction, maintenance and operation ofpublic and private treatment facilities as defined herein, which willpromote safe and adequate treatment of such individuals in alcoholor other drug treatment facilities.
