Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

      65-34,155.   Severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anyperson or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of this act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application. To this end, the provisions of this act areseverable.
