Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

      65-34,125.   Severability.If any provisions of this act or the application thereof to any personor circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect otherprovisions or applications of this act which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provisions or application. To this end the provisions ofthis act are severable.
