Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

      65-3416.   Severability.The provisions of this act are severable and if any provision or partthereof shall be held invalid or unconstitutional or inapplicable to anyperson or circumstances, such invalidity, unconstitutionality orinapplicability shall not affect or impair the remaining provisions ofthe act.
