      65-3028.   Rules and regulations continued in effect.All rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to K.S.A.65-3001 et seq., and amendments thereto, in existence on the effective dateof this act shall continue to be effective until revised, amended, repealed ornullified pursuant to law.
