Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 17.--REGULATION OF EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS; FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS

      65-1767.   Conflicting Kansas laws; precedence of thisact.This act shall take precedence over any conflicting Kansaslaws, other thanstate environmental laws, that govern the handling and disposition of deadhuman bodies for cremation and cremated remains.
