Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 17.--REGULATION OF EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS; FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS

      65-1726.   Penalties for violations. Any person who violates any provisionof article 17 of chapter 65 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated shall beguilty of a class A nonperson misdemeanor.
