65-1719. Record of licenses.The secretary of the board shall annually send to the office of thesecretary of health and environment a list containing the names, addressesand license numbers of all funeral directors and assistant funeraldirectors as of July first of that year. A copy of the records of theboard, or of any portion thereof, certified by its secretary, shall bedeemed lawful evidence in any court of this state.
