Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 14.--REGULATION OF DENTISTS AND DENTAL HYGIENISTS

      65-1446.   Title and letters.Any licensed dentist of this state being a graduate of a reputabledental college recognized by the board shall have the right to use thetitle "doctor" or abbreviation thereof before his name, or appended to hisname the letters "B.D.S.," "M.D.S.," "L.D.S.," "D.D.S.," "D.M.D.," orequivalent letters signifying the dental degree conferred upon him.
