      65-1121a.   Judicial review of board's actions.(a) Any agency action of the board of nursing pursuant tothe Kansas nurse practice act is subject to review in accordance with theact for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas nurse practice act.
