Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-1,131.   Definitions.When used in this act:

      (a)   "Hemophilia" means a bleeding tendency resulting from a geneticallydetermined deficiency factor in the blood;

      (b)   "Secretary" means the secretary of health and environment.
