      61-3804.   Petition for claim.Thepetition shall describe the premises for which possession issought and whythe plaintiff is seeking possession. If there is rent due for possession ofthe premises, thepetition may include a request for judgment for that amount or the plaintiffmay bring asubsequent lawsuit for that amount.
