Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 47.--CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS

      60-4710.   Severability clause.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anyperson orcircumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisionsor applications of thisact which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, andto this end theprovisions of this act are severable.
