Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 32.--UNIFORM CERTIFICATION OF QUESTIONS OF LAW ACT

      60-3210.   Severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person, court,or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisionsor applications of the act which can be given effect without the invalidprovision or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are severable.
