Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 3.--PROCESS

      60-302.   Summons; form.The summons shall be signed by the clerk, dated the day it is issued, be underthe seal of the court and shall bedeemed sufficient if in substantial compliance with the form set forth bythe judicial council.
