60-229. Stipulations regarding discovery procedure.Unless the court orders otherwise, the parties may by writtenstipulation (1) provide that depositions may be taken before any person, atany time or place, upon any notice, and in any manner and when so taken maybe used like other depositions, and (2) modify the procedures provided bythese rules for other methods of discovery, except that stipulationsextending the time provided in K.S.A. 60-233, 60-234 and 60-236for responses to discovery may be made only with the approval of the court.
