Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 18.--SURVIVAL OF CLAIMS AND ABATEMENT OF ACTIONS

      60-1802.   Abatement.No action pending in any court shall abate by the death of either orboth the parties thereto, except an action for libel, slander, maliciousprosecution, or for a nuisance.
