Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 14.--CHANGE OF NAME

      60-1401.   Jurisdiction and costs.The district court shall have authority to change the name of anyperson, township, town or city within this state at the cost of thepetitioner without affecting any legal right.
