Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 6a.--ELECTIVE SHARE OF SURVIVING SPOUSE

59-6a217. Severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anyperson or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of the act which can be given affect without theinvalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this actare declared to be severable.
