Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 33.--INFORMAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

      59-3301.   Title of act; effective date.(a) K.S.A. 59-3301 through 59-3306 may be cited as the Kansas informaladministration act and shall be construed as supplemental to and as a partof the Kansas probate code.

      (b)   The provisions of K.S.A. 59-3301 through 59-3306 shalltake effect and be in force on and after January 1, 1986.
