59-2318. Same; what renewed or refinanced mortgage may include.In case of a proceeding to mortgage, the renewed or refinanced mortgagemay include all sums of money necessary to discharge all liens on thehomestead including interest, taxes, costs of all necessary proceedings,with a reasonable attorney fee, and the cost of abstract of title, or othertitle papers, when the necessity therefor or advantage to the owner of thehomestead or to the insane spouse shall clearly appear.
