58a-415. Reformation to correctmistakes.The court mayreformthe terms of a trust, even if unambiguous, to conform the terms to thesettlor's intention if it isproved by clear and convincing evidence that both the settlor's intent and theterms of the trust wereaffected by a mistake of fact or law, whether in expression or inducement.
