58a-201. Role of court in administrationof trust.(a)Thecourt may intervene in the administration of a trust to the extentits jurisdiction is invoked by an interested person or as provided by law.
(b) A trust is not subject to continuing judicial supervision unless orderedbythe court.
(c) A judicial proceeding involving a trust may relate to any matterinvolving the trust's administration, including an action for declaratoryjudgment pursuant to K.S.A. 60-1701 et seq., and amendmentsthereto.
