Article 6.--POWERS AND LETTERS OF ATTORNEY

      58-626.   Same; acts of agent during disability or incapacity of principal.All acts done by an agent pursuant to a durable power ofattorney for health care decisions during any period of disability or incapacity of theprincipal have the same effect as if the principal were competent and not disabled.
