58-4114. Appraiser's address; notice to commission.(a) Each state certified or licensed appraiser shall advisethe board of the address of the appraiser's principal placeofbusiness and all other addresses at which the appraiser is currentlyengaged in the business of preparing real property appraisal reports.
(b) When a state certified or licensed appraiser changesa place ofbusiness, the appraiser shall immediately give written notice of the changeto the board.
(c) Each state certified or licensed appraiser shallnotify the board of the appraiser's current residence address.Residenceaddresses on file with the board are exempt from disclosureas public records.
