      58-3949.   Contents of safe deposit box or other safekeeping repository.Tangibleproperty held in a safe deposit box or othersafekeeping depository in this state in the ordinarycourse of theholder's business and proceeds resulting from the saleof the property permitted by other law are presumed abandoned if the propertyremains unclaimed by the owner for more than fiveyears after expiration of the lease or rental period on the box orother depository.
