58-3411. Construction of act.This act shall be liberally construed to effect the legislative purposeof simplifying and facilitating land title transactions by allowing personsto rely on a record chain of title as described in K.S.A. 58-3403, subjectonly to such limitations as appear in K.S.A. 58-3404.
