      58-3225.   Same; rules and regulations.The secretary of the Kansas department of wildlife and parksis hereby authorized to adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement theprovisions of this act. Rules and regulations establishing generally acceptedoperation practices shall be adopted and be in effect on or before January 1,2002.
