58-3074. Disposition of moneys received bycommission; real estate fee fund.(a) Except as provided by subsections (b) and (c),the director of the commissionshall remit all moneys received by or for the director from fees,charges or penalties to the state treasurer inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Uponreceipt of each such remittance, the state treasurershall deposit the entire amount inthe state treasury. Twenty percent of each such deposit shall becredited to the state general fund and the balance shall be credited tothe real estate fee fund established by former K.S.A. 58-3014, andamendments thereto, which fund ishereby continued in existence. All expenditures from such fund shall bemade in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the directorof accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by thedirector or by a person or persons designated by the director.
(b) The director of the commission shall remitall moneys received by or for thedirectorpursuant to K.S.A. 58-3066 through 58-3072, and amendments thereto, to thestate treasurer in accordance with the provisions ofK.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto.Except asprovidedby subsections (b) and (d) of K.S.A. 58-3066, and amendments thereto,uponreceiptof each such remittance, the state treasurer shalldeposit the entire amount inthe state treasury to the credit of the real estaterecovery revolving fund.
(c) The director of the commission shall remitall moneys received by or for the directorpursuant toK.S.A. 58-3050, and amendments thereto, to the state treasurer inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A.75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of eachsuch remittance, the statetreasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the creditof the state general fund.
