      58-25,110.   Delivery of possession of mobile home space; action forpossession; damages.At the commencement of the term the landlord shall deliver possession of themobile home space to the tenant in compliance with the rental agreement andK.S.A. 58-25,111. The landlord may bring an action for possessionagainst any person wrongfully in possession and may recover the damagesprovided in K.S.A. 58-25,123.
