      58-2319.   Assignments, acknowledgment of; name andaddress of assignee.All assignments of real estate mortgages hereafter made shall beacknowledged by the assignor in the manner provided for the acknowledgmentof other instruments affecting the title to real estate, and all suchassignments shall clearly set forth the full name of the assignee, togetherwith the assignee's post-office address.
