Recorded deeds executed pursuant to district or probate courtproceedings in Dickinson county prior to January 17, 1882, validated; timefor attacking.Any deed executed by a sheriff, administrator, executor, guardian orother officer of the court pursuant to proceedings in the district court orprobate court of Dickinson county, Kansas, prior to January 17, 1882, whichdeed has been recorded in the office of the register of deeds, is herebyconfirmed and validated and the title conveyed by any such deed is herebydeclared to be merchantable to the extent of the interest therein conveyed:Provided, That any person desiring to present proof of the invalidityor partial invalidity of any such deed or of such proceedings shall haveone year after the effective date of this act within which to bringproceedings attacking such deed or proceedings.
