58-2247. Title by adverse possession of land for public park.Whenever by gift or donation from any fee title owner any city hasreceived and taken possession of any ground within such city and used thesame for a public park for fifteen years or longer and during such time hasbeen in undisputed possession thereof, the title to any such ground so usedis hereby vested in such city although no formal deed of conveyance by thegrantor was ever executed or recorded.
