Chapter 56a.--KANSAS UNIFORM PARTNERSHIP ACT Article 8.--WINDING UP PARTNERSHIP BUSINESS

      56a-804.   Partner's power to bind partnership afterdissolution.Subject to K.S.A. 56a-805, a partnership is bound bya partner's act after dissolution that:

      (a)   Is appropriate for winding up the partnershipbusiness; or

      (b)   would have bound the partnership under K.S.A. 56a-301before dissolution, if the other party to the transaction did nothave notice of the dissolution.
