Chapter 56a.--KANSAS UNIFORM PARTNERSHIP ACT Article 13.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      56a-1303.   Severability clause.If any provision of this act or itsapplication to any person or circumstance is held invalid, theinvalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of thisact which can be given effect without the invalid provision orapplication, and to this end the provisions of this act areseverable.
