      56-1a159.   Delivery of certificate to limited partners.Upon the return by the secretary of state pursuant to K.S.A. 56-1a156 ofa certificate marked "Filed," the general partners shall promptly deliveror mail a copy of the certificate of limited partnership and each certificateof amendment to each limited partner unless the partnership agreement providesotherwise.
