56-1a155. Failure or refusal to execute certificate; court to order execution.If a person required by this act to execute any certificate fails orrefuses to do it, any other person who is adversely affected bythe failure or refusal may petition the district court to direct the executionof the certificate. If the court finds that it is proper for the certificateto be executed and that theperson required to execute the certificate has failedor refused to do it, the court shall order the secretary of state to recordan appropriate certificate.
