      56-1a103.   Reservation of name.The exclusive right to the use of a name may be reserved in the same manneras corporation names are reserved as set forth in K.S.A. 17-7402. A feeas set forth in K.S.A. 56-1a605 shall be paid at the time of the reservationof any name.
