      55-228.   Same; waiver of presumption prohibited.As created by this act, it shall be against Kansas public policy to providefor a waiver of the presumption, established by K.S.A. 55-223, in any leaseor sublease for the exploration, development or production of oil, gas orother mineral, or any combination thereof.
