Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 2.--LEASES AND LIENS

      55-215.   Same; time for actions.The holder of such lien shall within six months institute an action toforeclose and enforce the lien in the manner now provided by law, or shallwithin six months institute an action in attachment or replevin, settingforth the lienholder's interest and right to possession thereto, in a courtof competent jurisdiction in the county where such oil-field equipment hasbeen delivered, or in any county where it can be located.
