      55-1805.   Expenditure of moneys collected by council,limitations.Except as provided in subsection (j) of K.S.A. 55-1803, moneyscollected by the council shall be expended only for thepurposes of this act and shall not be used in any manner for influencinglegislation or for political campaign contributions.
