55-1414. Profits of pipelines from certain natural gas sales apportionedto customers.Any intrastate pipeline making an intrastate sale of naturalgas the purpose for which is to allow intrastate natural gas to be substitutedfor interstate natural gas in the compressor facilities of an interstatepipeline shall apportion the profit accrued from such sale to its naturalgas customers without regard to their source of supply.
