      55-169b.   Same; authorization for rules andregulations.The state corporation commission, with input from theadvisorycommittee onthe regulation of oil and gas activities authorized under K.S.A. 55-153, andamendments thereto,shall adopt or amend such forms and rules and regulations deemed necessary tocarry out theprovisions of this act. Such rules and regulations shall be promulgated on orbefore July 1, 2010.
